Welcome to our monthly recap article, where we bring you the latest news and progress on our ongoing initiatives. A lot of things have been going on in March as we are coming closer to the release of the Beta version of the game and considering different blockchain onboarding options for Space Falcon. From refining our strategies to executing plans, we have been working diligently to make meaningful progress toward our objectives.
In this update, we will provide you with the latest developments and challenges we have encountered along the way. So, let's dive in and take a closer look at what we have achieved over the past month.
Accomplishments
Speaking about the new spaceships that recently have been deployed, the team has been working hard to make those models come to life. In March, we finished with the other 2, Vindicator and Lancer.
Every spaceship that has been already published will be different which will make the game more diverse in terms of movement, damage, health and tactics overall. Also, you might have noticed that we have added weapons on the newest spaceships for calibration and visual improvements.

What concerns the spaceship weapons, the team is working to make shooting as fun and immersive as possible as well as make the game seem full of action. It happens to be one of the most anticipated things in the game for the community. That’s why the whole focus now is on shooting effects, explosions and sounds.
There will be 4 weapons classes overall, each having a different type of ammo, impact visuals, sounds and colors. Not to mention, the damage dealt to opponents will also differ depending on which class the players choose. So it’s safe to say, the game will have lots of variations meaning customizing and building your spaceship for the battleground will be exciting but challenging.
Furthermore, Space Falcon has been exploring blockchain onboarding options for the past months and we are coming closer to an agreement with one of the industry unicorns. Looking back at 2022 events, we’ve set the goal to become a multi-chain project for the reason of safety, better stability, scalability, opportunities, user acquisition and growth.
Also, committing the project to one blockchain made less sense over time because of the events that made a negative impact on the market as well as $FCON token. To fix this and gain more leverage over the market conditions Space Falcon will be trying to achieve what is best for the community of investors and healthy for growth.
If things turn out well in the upcoming weeks, expect a major announcement about onboarding on the new blockchain and a grant intended to support Space Falcon's future development. It makes it hard to refrain from telling more…
What’s next?
As decentralized finance becomes more useful for everyone, we can definitely see the growth in DeFi adoption over the past few months. One of the key factors of such increment is the appliance of simplicity, gamification, flexible earning and unique features.
For that reason, we have started to do some research and think of some things that could be integrated into the Space Falcon in the near future. It might be a separate product or something more related to the game, but the plans of having a DeFi environment for our community are now relevant more than ever. To position Space Falcon well in this industry, besides the game development we will start to work on DeFi and apply the most promising innovation.
What concerns the game development, the next goals for April will be to finish all of the spaceship models, deploy them in the game, and finalize weapons, their design, shooting effects and sounds. Also, there are improvements to be made to the current map which will include new environment assets and optimizing texture as well as graphics.
As we wrap up this monthly recap report, we are proud to say that significant progress has been made. We have faced a fair share of challenges, but the team has persevered, and we are excited to see the results.
Moving forward, we will continue to push ourselves and seek out new opportunities for growth. Space Falcon will remain committed to providing regular updates and transparency about the progress, and we want to thank you all for your continued support. Together, we can achieve great things, and we look forward to sharing the project’s advancements with you in the future.
